They Are Our Responsibility (Rap Lyrics) - by Alfred

Verse One:
Once upon a time in a little American town/
Lived a happy family wealthy and sound/
Was a world dreams are made of, and joy is found/
But like most things in life, things turn around/
Mum was driving round a turn with her son/
Didn't see the truck at the other end come/
B/4 U could say "No", it was like the clash of two worlds/
One life leaves this world as a kid watches/
His mum take her last breathe he heard/
The seed of sorrow's sown in him at age twelve/
Hits sixteen, hasn't smiled ever since/
Dad and his new wife had tried everything/
Until they introduced a puppy into his life/
As time went by, he gradually learnt 2 smile/
Today he's all grown, a member of the Senate/
Would he vote 4 or against the animal lineage/

Do U Wanna See 'Em
No More, No More
[NO!    NO!     NO!]
Do U Wanna See 'Em
Alone,  Alone
[NO!    NO!     NO!]
Do U Wanna See 'Em
Turned Into,   Clothes
[NO!    NO!     NO!]
Do U Wanna See 'Em
Mo'     Mo'
...             {4    SHURE !}

Verse Two:
Once upon a time in a little African village/
Lay a sick boy staring at heaven's purly gates/
All hope was lost, no money 4 drugs/
Dad has cried 'n' cried, but of course/
It hits Dad like a stick descends on a drum/
I could get my gun and hunt 4 a tusk/
I know dat it's illegal but what about my son/
I mean isn't a human worth much more/
So Dad sets out on his one man hunting trip/
Putting his trust in a firm rifle grip/
Walks deeper into the forest where no one goes/
Motivated by the rippers hold, on his son's throat/
Couple of hours later, lo and behold/
He stands in fronts of a cheetah, his arms grow cold/
It pounces, B/4 he could let a bullet go/
The sound of marching elephants pop up 'n' grow/
The cheetah runs away after a roar/
The elephant looks in his eyes, turns 'n' let's him go/

Verse Three:
Once upon a crucial time, in P.H.C /
A hip hopper sat down to write and think/
About the dangers, facing other living things/
About the dangers, facing the world we live/
He taught that, he should let the whole world know/
It's our responsibility, 2 save the eco/
Yea, God is the one that makes plants grow/
But it's man's responsibility to first of sow/
Don't buy tha endangered in form of coats/
Or alligator shoes or any such products/
If the worst comes to worst, the government should/
Balance the ratio of those born, to those used/
Never let it tilt in the favor of those used/
Enact laws to fumigate animal abuse/
They say animal testing saves human lives/
What might not kill a monkey could cost human lives/
We ain't even the same species, common, besides/
The real test is the first human that uses it right !!!/

Our Boys In Blue - a poem by Alfred

Through Cold or Heat, Through Strength or Pain/
They Carry our Troubles, All Night, All Day/
They Risk their Future, To Keep us Safe/
Have you said a Prayer, For a Cop today?/
Without Police, No one would be Safe/
Bodies would paint the Street like Syria Today/
After the West played Chess and won the Game/
Have you said a Prayer, For a Cop today?/
Without Police in America, today/
Your Head and Your Body could be in different States/
One Part in Alabama, The Other part Up-State/
Have you said a Prayer, For a Cop today?/
We owe our Lives to Our Boys In Blue/
They carry the weight of the Red, White, and Blue/
And make it a Nation all Nations come to/
Have you said Thanks, To a Cop today?/

Rather Than Hate The Rich, Become Rich - a poem by Alfred

Crucify the Rich, Burn them at the Stake/
Punish them for succeeding, where the rest of us has failed/
Their Remote controls the State like the TV channels they made/
Only 1 per cent are safe, 99 per cent are slaves/
Occupy the 1 per cent, Hello to Project Eliminate/
We don't need rich people in the world, walk 'em to their grave/
Like Marie Antoinette, and then We Would Eat Cake/
All Rich People are Evil, Greedy, and Really Vain/
Away with Rich people, Let us dig their graves/
They plan to dig ours, I can see it in their ways/
Who needs the Rich to build Banks, Skyscrapers, and Planes/
Who needs the Rich to build Rockets to take us to Outer Space/
Wealth can't create more jobs than poverty makes/
Poverty is what this country needs, take wealth away/
Destroy the Rich to make the world a better place/
I hate Rich people, even though I work all day/
I'm sure it's no so I could be Rich some day/
And if I get Rich I would give it all away/
Because I hate Riches, I'…

Madiba Says - a poem by Alfred

Success awaits every man at the top of the hill/
But after she shakes your hands, you see another hill/
New hills grow taller if you pause to sleep/
Success has feet, she can just get up and leave/
A Real Leader must love this people more than he loves himself/
And be willing to make the ultimate sacrifice for them/
He must be dead to self, and live for them/
Otherwise he might ruin them while saving himself/
Freedom doesn't mean having no chains on your wrists/
It struts forward to mean liberating others wrists/
So if you don't liberate others you're imprisoned yourself/
The walls are invisible but they are still there/
Education is the most powerful W.M.D/
To destroy the destruction of humanity/
Don't judge me by conquered Mountain Tops/
Judge me by the times I fell and got back up/

The Quotes By Nelson Mandela That Inspired This Poem:
1)  After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb.
2)  Real leaders must be ready to sacrifice …
