All Worries And Problems Are None Of Your Business, It‘s God's Business - What I Learned From Kenneth & Gloria Copeland's Daily Devotional For Today - 15th January 2017 - A Review By A.B.King

Matthew 6:31 AMP
Therefore do not worry and be anxious, saying, What are we going to have to eat? or, What are we going to have to drink? or, What are we going to have to wear?

In today's devotional, Pastor Kenneth Copeland words of wisdom; by the Spirit expands my understanding not this subject in a way that is mind boggling and I dare say uneasy for me to swallow.

Pastor Kenneth Copeland actually said that worry is a sin.

That took me aback when I read that, but Pastor Kenneth Copeland easily explained why it is in today's devotional, he made it so simple and clear.

     Sin is disobedience against God.
God commanded us not to worry (Matthew 6:31). So when we worry we are disobeying God's command; we are sinning.

Pastor Kenneth Copeland also made another excellent point that I would never forget. He said that worry was designed by Satan to produce stress, strain and death.

So the ultimate goal of worry is to kill you.

Wow! Now that's something you should never forget anytime you find yourself starting to worry about anything.

Pastor Kenneth Copeland also gave a wonderful analogy of casting all your cares or worries upon Jesus.
He said that if somebody was standing some distance away from him and he threw his car keys to that person. If someone else asks him for his car keys. He doesn't have it any more. He'll say, he cast his car keys to that other person over there.
That's the same attitude we should have about our worries.
Once anyone or anything shows up to remind us of our worries we should direct it to Jesus who is now holding all our worries. It is none of our business. It's Jesus' business.

Another important thing is that after you cast all your worries on Jesus, you should fill up that space that the worry was in with the Word.

My Prayer For You:

I pray that you never let any worries dwell on your mind for a minute and that the very second a worry hits your mind you cast it on Jesus. In Jesus Name. Amen.
