Why Do Some People Miss Their Miracles? - What I Learned From Kenneth & Gloria Copeland's Daily Devotional For Today - 17th January 2017 - A Review By A.B.King

2 Kings 5:10-11 AMP
Elisha sent a messenger to him, saying, Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and your flesh shall be restored and you shall be clean. [11] But Naaman was angry and went away and said, Behold, I thought he would surely come out to me and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, and wave his hand over the place and heal the leper.

Today's devotional is so wonderful that you just have to read it for yourself at

Anyway, in today's devotional, Pastor Kenneth Copeland addressed why some people miss God.

Sometimes we expect God to show up in a certain way. We expect him to help us in a certain way and all our focus and attention is on one spectacular miraculous solution that we miss God when he opens up other doors and solutions that lead to the same destination.
For example, you may need healing from cancer and the doctor has told you there is no hope for you and you have so and so time left to live. Then you are expecting for God to send Pastor Benny Hinn personally to your hospital room and then he would show up and say, "I was just about to go to Cairo for a crusade but the Lord stopped me and told me that there is a very important person in a hospital that I should pray for. And the Spirit Of God led me here, and here I am to pray for you."
As nice as all that would be if it happens. It most likely wouldn't happen.

Don't wait for such miracles and close your eyes to all the other miraculous ways that God can heal you that's currently available to you.

If you are watching a healing minister on TV and he's calling out cases of people watching his broadcast that needs healing, don't wait for the day he mentions your name or describes what you are wearing, or mentions your case. Just connect to the healing anointing that is following and receive your healing like he called your name and mentioned your case.

Don't miss your miracle only because it showed up in an unspectacular package.

My Prayer For You:

I pray that never miss God's blessings because you where only looking out for the spectacular that you missed the supernatural.
